How to Perform a Factory Reset on Your Zebra Printer
Resetting your Zebra printer to factory default settings can help resolve various issues. Follow these steps to perform a factory reset:
Factory Reset Steps:
Power Off the Printer:
Turn off your Zebra printer.
Initiate Reset:
Press and hold the PAUSE and FEED buttons.
While holding these buttons, turn the printer back on.
Release the POWER button once the lights turn on.
Complete the Reset:
Continue holding the PAUSE and FEED buttons until the status indicator turns solid green.
If done correctly, the printer will feed out 3-4 blank labels.
