How to Perform a Factory Reset on Your Zebra Printer

Resetting your Zebra printer to factory default settings can help resolve various issues. Follow these steps to perform a factory reset:


Factory Reset Steps:

  1. Power Off the Printer:

    • Turn off your Zebra printer.
      ​

  2. Initiate Reset:

    • Press and hold the PAUSE and FEED buttons.

    • While holding these buttons, turn the printer back on.
      ​

    • Release the POWER button once the lights turn on.

  3. Complete the Reset:

    • Continue holding the PAUSE and FEED buttons until the status indicator turns solid green.
      ​

    • If done correctly, the printer will feed out 3-4 blank labels.
