How to Perform a Network Reset on Your Zebra Printer

Resetting your Zebra printer's network settings allows you to clear saved Wi-Fi credentials and establish a fresh connection. Follow these steps:


Network Reset Steps:

  1. Turn Off the Printer:

    • Ensure the printer is powered off.
      ​

  2. Initiate Reset:

    • Press and hold the PAUSE and CANCEL buttons.

    • While holding these buttons, turn the printer on.

    • Release the POWER button once the lights turn on.
      ​

  3. Complete the Reset:

    • Continue holding PAUSE and CANCEL until the status indicator turns green.

    • The network light on the far right should turn red.

    • If the light remains green, repeat the process.
      ​
