Bluetooth Troubleshooting for Zebra ZD410 Printer

Bluetooth connections can be prone to interference and reliability issues. Follow these steps to resolve connectivity problems with your Zebra ZD410 printer:

1. Restart Your iPad

  • Restart Completely: Go to Apple’s support article for detailed instructions on restarting your iPad. A full restart can often resolve Bluetooth issues.

2. Disable Bluetooth on Nearby Devices

  • Turn Off Bluetooth: On all nearby iPads (even those not using Jolt), turn off Bluetooth. This helps prevent interference during the connection process.

3. Reset Bluetooth Connection

  • Forget Device:

    1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPad.

    2. Find the printer in the list of devices and tap the “i” icon next to it.

    3. Select Forget This Device.

  • Reconnect:

    1. Turn off Bluetooth on your iPad for 10 seconds.

    2. Turn Bluetooth back on and try reconnecting to the printer.

4. Check Printer Connection Status

  • Verify Device Connection:

    • Ensure the printer is not already connected to another device. The Zebra ZD410 can only pair with one device via Bluetooth at a time.

5. Put Printer into Pairing Mode

  • For Printers Manufactured December 2019 or Later:

    1. Hold down the Feed button on the printer.

    2. Wait until the Data light turns on and starts blinking, indicating the printer is in pairing mode.

This guide should help you troubleshoot and resolve Bluetooth connection issues with your Zebra ZD410 printer effectively.
