Adjusting Label Sizes & Settings on Your Zebra Printer

To ensure your Zebra printer is configured correctly for your label sizes and orientations, follow these steps in the Jolt App:

1. Access Printer Settings

  1. Open the Jolt App and navigate to Settings > Printers.

  2. Select Your Zebra Printer Connection to open the Printer Settings page.

2. Update Label Size

  1. Select "Label Size" to adjust the dimensions of the labels loaded in your printer.

  2. Choose the appropriate label size from the available options to match your labels.

3. Adjust Label Orientation

  1. On the Print Options page, find the Label Orientation setting.

  2. Choose between Normal or Inverted based on how you want your labels to print.

4. Configure Label Offset (If Necessary)

  1. The Label Offset preset should remain unchanged under normal circumstances.

  2. If you notice that labels are being cut off, you can adjust this setting as needed.

5. Perform Calibration and Test Print

  1. Calibration and Test Print options are available on this page.

  2. Use these tools to ensure your labels are printing correctly and to verify your printer’s connection.

6. Check for Firmware Updates

  1. Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date by clicking on the Update button.

  2. Keeping firmware updated can improve performance and fix any issues.

7. Re-establish Printer Connection

  1. If you need to reset the printer connection, use the Remove Printer option at the bottom right in red.

  2. After removing, you can re-add the printer to restore the connection.
