Work order posts are conversations that can be had within the context of a work order. You can write posts, comment on them, notify people about them and flag/resolve posts from the app and the Web Portal.

Before You Begin

  • Understand the icons in the Posts column

    • The Pencil icon appears on a row when a work order doesn’t have any posts.

    • A number appears in the column to indicate the count of posts and comments on a work order.

    • The Red Dot icon appears when a work order has unread posts or comments for the logged in user.

    • The Red Flag icon appears when a post on the work order has been flagged.
