Printing a Work Order QR Code
You can print a QR code from a work order template that can be scanned by a mobile device to open a work order.
Before You Begin
If you want users to be able to open a work order without having access to the Work Orders module, you can print a QR code for a work order template, post it where you want it, and it can be scanned by any user to create the work order.
The person scanning the QR code does not need to have the Jolt app installed on their device.
The URL encoded in the QR code is specific to a location and work order type.
When a user scans it, they are taken to a web page where they can type in the summary of the issue and submit.
To print a QR code, your computer must be connected to a printer.

An authorized user can log into the Jolt Web Portal and click on Lists | Work Orders.
