Using the Logbook in Lists

Learn how to create, view, resolve, and comment on logbook entries within lists.

Creating a Logbook Entry in Lists

  1. Access the Three-Dot Menu — navigate to the desired list item and click the three-dot menu.

  2. Add a New Entry — a prompt will appear; click Add Entry.

  3. Enter Logbook Details — type in the Comment section, optionally add a photo using the camera/photo/flag icons, then click Post.

Managing Logbook Entries

  • Viewing Entries — entries appear in the list and can be viewed by selecting them.

  • Commenting and Resolving — you can comment, flag, or resolve entries directly from the entry itself.

Logbook Entries in Notifications

  • If a logbook entry is made on a list with an email notification set up, the entry will display within the email.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage logbook entries within lists, ensuring that important information is recorded, shared, and acted upon efficiently.
