Label Prep | Printing and Application

Overview

This article explains how to print labels using the Label Prep feature on the Jolt Web Portal and Jolt App. Before you start, ensure that Label Prep has been set up on the Jolt Web Portal. For setup instructions, refer to the article Label Prep | Web Portal Setup.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Jolt App:

    • Open the Jolt App and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Label Prep:

    • Go to Labels and select Label Prep.

  3. Select a Category:

    • Choose the category you want to view for label prep.

  4. Enter Data:

    • Daily Forecasted Sales: Input the forecasted sales for the day.

    • On Hand Amount: Enter the current amount on hand.

    • White Boxes: The number in white boxes shows the number of labels that need to be printed.

    • Yellow Boxes: The number in yellow boxes indicates the fields that still need to be filled out.

  5. Review Prep Column:

    • The Prep column displays the total number of labels that need to be printed.

  6. Print Labels:

    • Print Specific Item: Click the blue Print button next to the specific item to print labels for that item.

    • Print All Labels: Select Print All at the bottom of the screen to print labels for all items.

  7. Clear Data:

    • If needed, select Start Over to clear all data and begin the process again.
