This guide will help you create and use a Day of the Week label template in the Jolt Web Portal. These labels can be ordered from the Shopping Cart and require using a specific template in Jolt.

Jolt Web Portal
Log In and Access Label Templates
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.
Navigate to Labeling > Label Templates.
Create a New Template
In the Templates tab, click the green New Template button.
Name your template.
From the Starter Template menu, select either Transact 2.187”x1.1” or Transact 2.187”x2”.
Click Create.
Customize the Template
The template has two main sections:
Top Section: Displays the day of the week. In the Duration Field Name, select an option like Cook Time, Consume By, Enjoy By, or Expiration.
Bottom Section: Add other items such as the item name, prep date, duration, employee name, etc.
To add a new row, click the + button within the purple box.
Save the Template
Once all appropriate fields have been added, click Save.
Create Labels

Jolt App
Set Printer Orientation
Open the Jolt App and navigate to Settings > Printers.
Select the printer used with the Day of the Week labels.
Change the Label Orientation to Inverted.
Print the Label
When the label is printed, it will black out all the days except the expiration day.
