How to Use Labels in Lists for Efficient Label Printing
Using labels in your digital checklists can streamline your workflow, enhance accuracy, and speed up processes in Digital Food Safety and other labeling tasks. Follow these steps to add and print labels effectively.
Prerequisites
Create Labels: Ensure that you have created labels in your account before adding them to checklists. For instructions on creating labels, refer to the Create Labels and Categories article.
Admin Permissions: You must have at least one of the following admin roles to add and manage labels:
Location Website Admin
Content Group Admin
Company Admin

Web Portal Setup
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal
Go to the Jolt Web Portal and log in with your credentials.
Access Lists
Navigate to Lists > Edit Lists.
Create or Edit a List
To create a new list, click +New List.
To edit an existing list, select it from the list of available lists. For detailed instructions on creating a list, see the Create a List article.
Add Labels to List Items
Save Your Changes
After assigning labels, click Save before exiting the page to ensure your changes are applied.
Printing Labels from the Jolt App
Launch the Jolt App
Open the Jolt App on your device.
Access Your Lists
Go to the Lists tab.
Select the List with Labels
Choose the list that contains the labeled items you want to print.
Print the Labels
Locate the list items with the new labels.
Tap on the printer icon next to the list item.
Select the label you wish to print.
Note: Ensure that your printer is properly configured within the app to print labels. For setup instructions, refer to the Printer Configuration article.
