How to Print QR & Barcodes
Objective: Learn how to print QR codes and barcodes for checklist items from the Jolt Web Portal from a standard printer, or Jolt mobile app from a Zebra Printer. This guide is designed for Location Website and/or Device Admins.
Prerequisites
Admin Access: You need either Location Website Admin permissions to print QR codes and barcodes from the Web Portal, or Device Admin permissions to print them from the Jolt mobile app.
Printing QR & Barcodes from the Jolt Web Portal
1. Log In to the Jolt Web Portal
Open Google Chrome or another supported browser.
Go to the Jolt Web Portal: app.joltup.com
Log in with your admin credentials.
2. Access the Lists Section
From the main menu, click on Lists.
Select Edit Lists.
3. Create or Edit a List
Create a New List: Click on Create a List.
Edit an Existing List: Choose a list you want to modify.
4. Add a New Item or Edit Existing Item
Add a New Item: Press the blue plus (+) button, choose appropriate QR Code or Barcode item type. Set Prompt text.
Edit an Existing Item: Select the existing item from the left panel
5. Access Item QR Code
Scroll down on the right-hand side to find the QR/Barcode associated with the item
Press the “Print” button to the right of the QR Code/Barcode Target
6. Choose the Print Size
A screen will display three different sizes for printing QR codes and barcodes. Select the size that best fits your needs.
Printing QR & Barcodes from a Zebra Printer
1. Log In to the Jolt App
Open the Jolt App on your device.
Log in using your 4-digit PIN.
2. Access the Print QR Codes Tool
From the main menu, go to Tools.
Select Print QR Codes.
3. Select a QR Code
Browse through the available QR codes and select the one you wish to print.
4. Ensure Printer is Ready
Check that the Zebra Printer is powered on and connected.
Ensure the printer status is Ready.
5. Print the QR Code
Click Print to send the QR code to the printer.

Printer Connectivity: Ensure your Zebra Printer is properly set up and connected to your device or network.
