Sorting Labels in Label Prep

Overview:

Learn how to sort labels within Label Prep on the Jolt Web Portal to match your workflow.

Prerequisites

  • Permissions: You must have at least one of the following admin settings: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.

Instructions

  1. Log In:

    • Access the Jolt Web Portal.

    • Navigate to Labeling > Label Prep.

  2. Select the Label Prep Tab:

    • Ensure the Label Prep tab is selected.

    • Note: Label Prep is only available at a location level. Select a location if Label Prep is not visible.

  3. Open an Existing Template:

    • Under Label Prep Name, choose an existing template.

  4. Sort the Rows:

    • Click on the number next to the Category you want to move. The row will be highlighted.

    • Once the hand icon appears, click and drag the row to the desired position.

    • Note: Repeat this process as needed to sort all rows.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Select Save before leaving the page to ensure your changes are recorded.
