When your Jolt Print Station (JPS) is disconnected from your WiFi network, it cannot stay synced with changes to your company or location data. This means new labels will not be available, lists will not be permanently saved, and you may encounter other related issues.

If the tablet in your JPS is disconnected from the internet the Jolt app will show a message at the top that says "NO INTERNET".

Here are the steps to fix this issue:

  1. Navigate to the system's Quick Settings. Doing this can look slightly different depending on your JPS model version, here are the two most common ways we can access this menu:

    1. Swipe down twice from the top-center of the screen.

    2. Swipe down twice from the top-right corner of the screen.

The Quick Settings should swipe down and show options like WiFi, Bluetooth, or power settings.

  1. Find and tap the WiFi option. This should look like a WiFi icon that may or may not have a dash through it to indicate that it is not connected. This may also be labeled as "WLAN."

  2. Select an available WiFi network. Find your desired WiFi network and tap the network name to connect.

  3. Return to the Jolt App. Once the connection is established, return to the Jolt app by swiping up or tapping an empty area to exit the system Quick Settings menu.

  4. Sync your Jolt app. Once connected to WiFi, your app should recognize this and begin syncing and saving changes. You can start a manual sync by navigating, inside the Jolt app, to Settings > About, and tapping the "Last Successful Sync" row.

This syncing process may take a few minutes, depending on how many changes need to be saved and the speed of your WiFi network. If this sync experiences any errors or if you are still not seeing the data you are expecting, follow the steps in this article to complete an App Reset.

With the Jolt app connected to the internet and synced, your lists, labels, and other data will automatically stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.
