Setting Up Geofencing for Lists
Overview Geofencing helps ensure that employees can only complete lists on the Jolt app when they are within a specified physical boundary. This feature is useful for employees using their personal devices.
Before You Begin
Single-User Devices: Geofencing only works on single-user devices. It is not supported on multi-user (shared) devices.
Location Services: Ensure location services are enabled for the Jolt app. If location services are off or inaccurate, users won’t be able to access the Lists module.
To enable location services: Go to your device’s system settings, search for Location Services, and turn it on for Jolt.
Internet Connectivity: Poor connectivity can affect location accuracy. Use WiFi if possible and consider enlarging the geofence if accuracy issues occur.
