Browse Lists

Report Purpose

  • The Browse Lists view of the completion report is the best for quickly pouring over lots of complete or incomplete lists.

  • If you're looking for specific information on your lists, this is the quickest way to find it.

  • With the multi-select option on the left, this view is great for deactivating old lists.

  • The Browse Lists view is a mid-level overview that helps you find specific list instances easily.

Report Value

  • Saves time when you're looking for the results of a specific list instance.

  • Option to download list results to CSV.

  • Quickly view the completion date/time for a list across a date range to see if it typically is completed on time.

  • Trend analysis on list scores and employees.

  • Quickly print or email the results of a list in a table format.

Example Use Case

  • One customer used Jolt to track issues with staff members. The Browse Lists report made it easy to see all of the documents for a specific employee in one place.

  • Another customer selected just the list from their monthly audit and looked at how the audit score trended over time.
