  • Group by location and sorting on Incomplete (%) puts your underperforming locations at the top.

  • Group by List helps you verify which lists are getting missed most often.

  • Group by Organization lets you easily compare the performance between regions, districts, or patches and conforms to the hierarchy you define for your organization.

Report Value

  • Compare all locations at the same time; especially during onboarding and training.

  • Easily compare locations or a list.

  • Allows drill down from 5000 ft overview.

  • Let's a DO or Supervisor answer the question: I want to see how well my stores are doing.

  • Saves travel time and discovery time.

  • Before Jolt they won’t even get to it all because the time was too great to get through every store’s operations. With Jolt, managers can understand issues before arriving at the store, accelerating the improvement rate.

Customer Story

  • The manager of Pizza Place reports that having the Completion Report saved him travel time so he could be in two places at once.

  • He said he doesn’t have to go into a store and do discovery work, because he can do his discovery online before arriving at the store.

  • He was afraid Jolt would be an iPad on the wall that doesn’t get done, but with the Completion Report, he can actually hold team members accountable for getting the work done.
