How to use the Calendar View in List Reports

Overview: The Calendar View displays the list item completion percentage for each day within a month, helping identify trends from week to week or day to day. Users can drill down into any given day by selecting the day on the calendar.

Prerequisites: A user MUST have at least one of the following admin settings: Reports Admin, Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.

Instructions:

  1. Login:

    • Log on to the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Navigate to Calendar:

    • Click on Lists and then on Calendar.

  3. View Calendar:

    • The Calendar View displays the list item completion percentage for each day within a month.

    • It can be filtered by month and year.

  4. Understand Colors and Categories:

    • There are four colors (Green, Orange, Gray, and Red) that separate the percentages on the calendar, grouped into categories: On Time, Late, and Incomplete. Lists with items that are not due yet or do not have a due date are listed under Outstanding.

      • On Time Lists:

        • 80-100% will display in Green.

        • 60-79% will display in Gray.

        • 0-59% will display in Red.

      • Late Lists:

        • 20-100% will display in Red.

        • 10-19% will display in Orange.

        • 0-9% will display in Gray.

      • Incomplete Lists:

        • 20-100% will display in Red.

        • 10-19% will display in Orange.

        • 0-9% will display in Gray.

      • Outstanding Lists:

        • This icon displays in the top right corner of the day, indicating the total number of list items that have not yet been completed and are not past due.

  5. Select a Day for Detailed Report:

    • Select a day on the calendar to get a more detailed report.
