Item Completion Report | Lists: How to Monitor List Completion

The Item Completion Report provides a comprehensive overview of how well your organization is completing lists. This report helps you track on-time completions, identify locations needing support, and save custom filters for future reference. Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the Completion Report effectively.

Prerequisites: To access and edit the Item Completion Report, you must have one of the following admin roles: Reports Admin, Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.

Instructions for Accessing the Completion Report:

  1. Log In to the Jolt Web Portal:

    • Use your admin credentials to access the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Completion Report:

    • Option 1: Go to Lists and select Completion.

    • Option 2: Navigate to Reporting and choose Completion Report.

    • Option 3: Go to Reporting, select All Reports, then choose Item Completion.

Setting Up Filters:

  1. Date Range:

    • Choose a custom date range or select from preset options like “This Month” to view report data for specific periods.

  2. Locations:

    • The default view includes all locations. Use the filter to select specific locations or view data for your entire organization.

    • The default view includes all lists. Use the filter to view specific lists based on your needs.

  4. Saving Filters:

    • Save your filters for quick access in the future. You can also display the saved report on the Jolt mobile app.

Viewing the Report:

  1. Completion Metrics:

    • Dark Blue: Percentage of tasks completed on time (with total tasks completed on time in brackets).

    • Light Blue: Percentage of tasks completed late (with total tasks completed late in brackets).

    • Red: Percentage of tasks not completed (with total tasks not completed in brackets).

    Note: Tasks still active and not yet past their deadline are excluded from this report.

  2. Daily Trends:

    • View trends on the graph to analyze completion patterns over time. The graph is dynamic and may show gradual changes.

Grouping Data:

  1. Group by Location:

    • View the completion percentage for each location.

  2. Group by List:

    • See the overall completion percentage for each list.

  3. Group by Organization:

    • View completion percentages for each group within your organization.

Detailed Views:

  1. Browse List View:

    • Click on individual lists to see detailed results. You can activate, deactivate, email, or download entries by selecting the checkbox next to the list and choosing the appropriate option.

  2. List Details View:

    • Select a list to view detailed information on the right side of the screen.

  3. Grid View:

    • Shows all lists fitting the selected criteria, with details sorted by location, date, and time. You can also download this data in .csv format.

Scheduled Email Reports:

  1. Set Up Regular Email Reports:

    • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the report screen.

    • Select Settings.

    • Turn on the Scheduled Email option.

    • Choose the frequency, time, and recipients for the email reports.

    • Click Save.
