Open Lists

Report Purpose

  • The Lists Completion Report is a core report for understanding team accountability in Jolt.

  • It's easy to see how all locations are performing on list completion.

  • The percentage is based on the number of lists completed.

  • The Open Lists view filters out lists that have expired so you can get a look at your work in progress.

  • Group by location and sorting on Incomplete (%) puts your underperforming locations at the top.

Closed Lists

Report Purpose

  • The Lists Completion Report is a core report for understanding team accountability in Jolt.

  • The Closed Lists view filters out lists that haven't expired because there is more time to complete them.

  • Group by location and sorting on Incomplete (%) puts your underperforming locations at the top.

Why Use the Open/Closed Toggle?

  • Open Lists: Use this view to monitor the progress of lists that are still in progress.

  • Closed Lists: Use this view to see the final completion percentage of lists after their deadline has passed.

Instructions

  1. Go to Reporting > List Completion Report or Item Completion Report on the Jolt.com web portal.
