Understanding Open/Closed Items on Completion Reports
Overview The Open/Closed toggle on the Completion Report helps you filter and view lists based on their status. Jolt categorizes lists into two types:
Open Lists: Lists that are still active and can be modified. These lists have not yet expired.
Closed Lists: Lists that have expired and can no longer be changed.
Why Use the Open/Closed Toggle?
Open Lists: Use this view to monitor the progress of lists that are still in progress.
Closed Lists: Use this view to see the final completion percentage of lists after their deadline has passed.
