Understanding Open/Closed Items on Completion Reports

Overview The Open/Closed toggle on the Completion Report helps you filter and view lists based on their status. Jolt categorizes lists into two types:

  • Open Lists: Lists that are still active and can be modified. These lists have not yet expired.

  • Closed Lists: Lists that have expired and can no longer be changed.

Why Use the Open/Closed Toggle?

  • Open Lists: Use this view to monitor the progress of lists that are still in progress.

  • Closed Lists: Use this view to see the final completion percentage of lists after their deadline has passed.

Instructions

  1. Go to Reporting > List Completion Report or Item Completion Report on the Jolt.com web portal.

  2. By default, the report shows closed lists. Click the Open Lists button to switch to viewing open lists.
