Giving steps to a user who is closing their store temporarily

Updated over 5 months ago

Temporary store closures happen, and Jolt can help you during those periods.

If you're temporarily closing your store and need to pause your lists, you'll want to apply a blackout range. This will prevent those lists from showing up during the closure, helping you maintain your scores and completion percentages.

For detailed steps on how to apply a blackout range, see our guide:
HOW TO APPLY BLACKOUT RANGES TO YOUR LISTS IN JOLT

By applying a blackout range, your lists will be hidden while the store is closed, ensuring no tasks are missed and your performance data remains unaffected. This way, your lists will automatically resume once your store reopens without impacting your historical metrics.
