How to Apply Blackout Ranges to Your Lists in Jolt
Blackout Ranges allow you to prevent specific lists from appearing on holidays or days when your location is closed. You can set these ranges for either a company-wide or a location-specific basis.
Prerequisites
To set up Blackout Ranges, you need access to the Jolt Web Portal with appropriate administrative privileges.
Instructions
1. Accessing Blackout Ranges
For Company-Wide Settings:
Login to the Jolt Web Portal.
Navigate to Settings > Company. This option sets blackout ranges for all locations within your company.
For Location-Specific Settings:
Login to the Jolt Web Portal.
Go to Settings > Locations.
Select the specific location where you want to apply blackout ranges. This will override the company-wide settings for this location only.
2. Adding a Blackout Range
Step 1: In the top right corner of the column, click +Range to add a new blackout range.
Step 2: Use the drop-down menus to select the day and month for the blackout range.
Step 3: Click Save in the top right corner to apply your changes.
Notes
Company Settings will apply the blackout range to all locations under the company.
Location Settings will override the company settings and apply only to the selected location.
