FAQ: Exporting Lists from Browse Lists on the Jolt Web Portal

1. What admin settings are required to export lists from Browse Lists?

  • A user must have at least one of the following admin settings: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.

2. How do I export lists from Browse Lists on the Jolt Web Portal?

  • Follow these steps to export lists:

    1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal and navigate to Lists, then Browse Lists.

    2. Filter the lists you want to export.

    3. Select your desired Date Range.

    4. Click on Download as CSV.

    5. Choose the desired lists and click Download. These lists will download in a spreadsheet format onto your computer.

3. How do I filter the lists I want to export?

  • Navigate to the Browse Lists section on the Jolt Web Portal and use the available filtering options to select the lists you wish to export.

4. How do I select the date range for the export?

  • In the Browse Lists section, there will be an option to select the date range. Choose the appropriate date range for the lists you want to export.
