How Do I Review Past Lists on the Jolt App?

Review Past Lists on the Jolt App

Overview: You can review past list instances both in the Web Portal and in the Jolt App. This guide will help you access and filter past lists in the Jolt App.

Prerequisites:

To access past lists, you must have at least one of the following admin settings:

  • Reports Admin

  • Location Website Admin

  • Content Group Admin

  • Company Admin

Instructions:

  1. Open the Jolt App:

    • Navigate to the Lists section and select the Review tab.

  2. Set Filters:

    • Date Range: Choose a predefined range like Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, or set a Custom Date Range.

    • List Template: Select a specific list to filter or apply filters to all lists.

    • Status: Choose from All, Complete, or Incomplete lists.

    • People: This filter is available if you have assigned the list when it was manually created, are using the Employee Dropdown List Item in your lists, or have the Unique Copy per Person setting enabled.

    • Reset: Click this to clear your filters and review a new list.

  3. Apply Filters:

    • Once you have set your filters, click Apply to view the results.

  4. View Results:

    • The Completion Report Summary will appear on the right, showing the completion percentage for the selected date range and lists.

    • On the left side, lists will be grouped under the selected date. Click on a date to see the lists associated with that day.

    • Click on a List Instance to view:

      • The list details

      • Who completed it

      • The date and time of completion

      • The results


FAQ

Q: What should I do if I can't see the lists for the selected date range?

A: Ensure you have set the correct filters and that you have the necessary admin settings to access list instances. Try adjusting the date range or other filters.

Q: How can I reset the filters to start a new search?

A: Click the Reset button to clear the current filters and set new ones.

Q: What information is available for each list instance?

A: For each list instance, you can view details, the person who completed the list, the completion date and time, and the results.

Q: Can I filter lists by specific people?

A: Yes, you can use the People filter if the list was assigned manually or if you have settings like Employee Dropdown List Item or Unique Copy per Person enabled.
