How to Review Points in the Jolt Web Portal
Admins can track and report on the points employees earn as they complete tasks. This guide will walk you through how to view and report on employee points using the Jolt Web Portal.
Steps to Review Points
Log In to the Jolt Web Portal
Open your web browser and log in to the Jolt Web Portal.
Navigate to the Points Section
Go to Lists from the main menu.
Click on Points to access the points reporting section.
Filter by Roles
Use the Filter by Roles option to choose one or more employee roles.
Selecting specific roles will filter the report to show points earned by employees in those roles.
Select Date or Date Range
Choose the specific Date or Date Range for which you want to view points data.
This allows you to generate reports for particular time periods.
View the Report
The report will display the following information:
Hours Worked: The total hours worked by each employee during the selected period.
Points Earned: The number of points each employee earned.
List Items Completed: The number of list items each employee completed.
