Deactivate List Instances | Browse Lists
Learn how to deactivate list instances on the Jolt Web Portal to manage your lists efficiently. This guide will walk you through the steps to remove lists and ensure you're managing your tasks effectively.
Prerequisites: You need to be logged in to the Jolt Web Portal to deactivate list instances. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to make changes.
Steps to Deactivate List Instances:
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal:
Navigate to the Jolt Web Portal and log in using your credentials.
Go to Browse Lists:
Click on Lists in the main menu.
Select Browse Lists from the dropdown.
Filter Lists:
Add Lists to the Filter:
Use the List Filter to add multiple lists at once. This helps in managing and viewing specific lists easily.
Search by Employee:
If you're looking for a form related to a specific employee, use the Person Filter.
Filter by Date:
Set the Date Filter to narrow down the list instances based on the dates you’re interested in.
Select List Instances:
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the list instances you want to deactivate.
Deactivate a Single List Instance:
Find the list instance you wish to deactivate.
Click on Deactivate List at the top right of the page.
Deactivate Multiple List Instances:
For bulk actions, click on Deactivate Lists.
Check the boxes next to the list instances you want to deactivate.
Click Deactivate to confirm.
