Admins can block specific dates to prevent employees from submitting Time Off requests in Jolt. This helps manage scheduling by avoiding overwhelming requests on busy days like holidays.

Steps to Block Time Off Requests

  1. Log In to the Jolt Web Portal with your admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ choose Company (company-wide) or Locations (specific locations).

  3. Scroll to Scheduling Settings β†’ find the Block Time Off Requests section.

  4. Click + Range to add a new date range.

  5. Enter start and end dates for the range you want to block, then Save.
