    • Look for the checkbox titled “Always Show All Shifts in Schedule Builder.”

  5. Adjust the Setting

    • To Show All Shifts: Check the box and click “Save.” This will repeat all shifts for every role an employee is assigned to, helping to avoid double-booking.

    • To Show Only Relevant Shifts: Uncheck the box and click “Save.” This will display shifts only in their respective roles, which can be less overwhelming if many roles are assigned.

A: Turn it OFF if you find the view overwhelming with many roles or if you prefer to rely on overlapping shift warnings to manage double-booking.
