Shift Reminders

Overview: Set shift reminders on the Jolt Web Portal and receive notifications through the Jolt Lite app. This feature helps ensure employees are aware of their upcoming shifts.

Admin Roles: To set shift reminders for everyone on the Jolt Web Portal, a user must have at least one of the following admin settings:

  • Location Website Admin

  • Content Group Admin

  • Company Admin

Instructions for Admins:

  1. Login:

    • Log into the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Access Location Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings > Locations and select the Location Name.

  3. Set Shift Reminders:

    • Under Scheduling Settings, find the option Send Reminder Before a Scheduled Shift Starts.

  4. Adjust Reminder Time:

    • Use the dropdown menu to select the number of minutes before the shift starts that you want the reminder to be sent.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

Notes:

  • These reminders will apply to new profiles created after the change. Existing profiles will not be affected by this update.

    • Log into the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Access Profile Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings > Profile.

  3. Update Shift Reminders:

    • Under Scheduling Notification Settings, find Send Reminder Before a Scheduled Shift Starts.

  4. Adjust Reminder Time:

    • Use the dropdown menu to select the number of minutes before the shift starts that you want the reminder to be sent.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

Additional Information:

  • Admins can set reminders for an entire location, affecting new profiles.

  • Employees can customize their own reminder settings independently.

By following these steps, you can ensure that shift reminders are set up properly for both admins and employees, helping to keep everyone on track with their scheduled shifts.
