What do I need to enable Time Clock in the Jolt app?

To enable Time Clock, you must have at least one of the following admin roles:

  • Location Website Admin

  • Content Group Admin

  • Company Admin

Additionally, ensure that employees have been assigned a Role and have a Profile before they can use the Time Clock feature.

How do I enable Time Clock on a device?

Follow these steps to enable Time Clock:

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal:

    • Go to Jolt Web Portal and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Device Settings:

    • Click on Settings in the navigation menu.

    • Go to Devices to access device settings.

  3. Select the Location:

    • Choose the appropriate location where the device is installed.

  4. Choose the Device:

    • Under My Devices, select the device you want to enable Time Clock for.

    • If the device is not connected, refer to the article Connect a Device to a Location | Standard for instructions.

  5. Enable Time Clock:

    • Check the box labeled Timeclock Enabled.

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

  6. Sync and Confirm:

    • Wait for the device to sync. Once complete, the Home tab on the device will be replaced with Timeclock.

  • Ensure that you have the required admin role.

  • Verify that the device is correctly connected and synced.
