Jolt App Home Page | Time Clock

Overview

The Time Clock feature on the Jolt App allows employees to easily clock in and out of their shifts, view assigned tasks, and track their work hours. Ensure you have at least one of the following admin roles to enable Time Clock: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin. For enabling Time Clock, refer to the Enable Time Clock article.

How to Use the Time Clock Feature

1. Access the Time Clock

  • Open the Jolt App: Tap the Jolt icon on your device.

  • Tap the Time Clock Icon: Located in the top left corner of the screen. If you need help enabling this feature, see the Enable Time Clock article.

2. Clock In or Out

  • To Clock In:

    • Tap your name.

    • Enter your 4-digit PIN.

  • To Clock Out:

    • Follow the same steps as clocking in.

Tip: You can set announcements that employees will see when they clock in or out. For more details, check out the Create an Announcement article.

3. Time-Clock Status

  • The app will show whether you are currently clocked in or out.

4. Assigned Items

  • View the number of tasks assigned to you for the day.

5. Assigned Time

  • See how much time you have left before your next task is due.

6. Shared Items

  • Check the number of tasks that are shared with you by others.

7. My Timecard

  • View Hours: Check how many hours you’ve worked within the current pay period.

  • Access Timecard: Ensure you are logged in to view this information. For more details, refer to the View Weekly Punches and Total Hours article.
