How to Use the Time Clock Feature on the Jolt App
The Time Clock feature on the Jolt App allows you to easily clock in and out, manage your work hours, and view your timecard details. Follow these steps to use the Time Clock feature effectively.
Prerequisites:
Ensure you have the Jolt App installed on your device.
Have your 4-digit PIN ready if required.
Instructions:
Open the Jolt App
Launch the Jolt App on your device and navigate to the Time Clock section.
Clock In
Take a Picture (if enabled): Follow the prompt to take a picture for clocking in if this feature is required by your organization.
Enter Your PIN: Input your 4-digit PIN if prompted.
Select "Clock In": Tap the "Clock In" button to record the start of your shift.

Begin Your Tasks
Select "Login": This option allows you to start completing lists or printing labels.
Select "Done": If you’re ready to begin your tasks without immediately clocking in, choose "Done."
Clock Out
Follow the Same Steps: To clock out, repeat the process used for clocking in.
Take a Picture (if enabled): Take a picture if required.
Enter Your PIN: Input your 4-digit PIN if needed.
Select "Clock Out": Tap the "Clock Out" button to record the end of your shift.
View Hours Worked
Access Your Timecard
Log In to the Jolt App: Ensure you are logged into the app.
Navigate to "My Timecard": Select this option to view your timecard details.
Review Timecard Details
Total Hours: Check your total hours worked, including overtime and regular hours.
Shift Lengths: View the duration of your shifts within the current pay period.
Change Pay Period: Adjust the pay period settings to review hours from previous periods.
