How to Add an Employee Profile Photo in the Jolt App

Adding a profile photo for employees helps personalize their profiles and makes identification easier. Follow these simple steps to upload or update an employee's photo in the Jolt App.

Prerequisites:

  • Ensure you have Device Admin access to make changes. For more information on role-based access, refer to the Role-based Admin Access article.

Instructions:

  1. Log In to the Jolt App:

    • Open the Jolt App on your device.

    • Make sure you are logged in with Device Admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Employee Profiles:

    • Tap on the People tab from the main menu.

  3. Select the Employee Profile:

    • Find and select the employee profile you want to update.

    • Tap on the Edit button to make changes.

  4. Add or Update the Photo:

    • Tap the Camera icon next to the profile photo placeholder to add or update a picture.

    • For new profiles, tap the + button to start the process.

  5. Capture the Photo:

    • A new window will appear allowing you to capture the photo.

    • Tap Add Image to take a new picture or select one from your gallery.

  6. Adjust and Save the Photo:

    • Review the photo. If necessary, you can retake the picture by selecting Retake.

    • Once you are satisfied, tap Done to finalize the photo.

  7. Complete and Save the Profile:

    • Finish entering any additional profile information if needed.

    • Tap Save to update the profile with the new photo.

Additional Tips:

  • Ensure the photo is clear and properly cropped for the best results.
