How to Add an Employee Profile Photo in the Jolt App
Adding a profile photo for employees helps personalize their profiles and makes identification easier. Follow these simple steps to upload or update an employee's photo in the Jolt App.
Prerequisites:
Ensure you have Device Admin access to make changes. For more information on role-based access, refer to the Role-based Admin Access article.
Instructions:
Log In to the Jolt App:
Open the Jolt App on your device.
Make sure you are logged in with Device Admin credentials.
Navigate to Employee Profiles:
Tap on the People tab from the main menu.
Select the Employee Profile:
Find and select the employee profile you want to update.
Tap on the Edit button to make changes.
Add or Update the Photo:
Capture the Photo:
A new window will appear allowing you to capture the photo.
Tap Add Image to take a new picture or select one from your gallery.
Adjust and Save the Photo:
Review the photo. If necessary, you can retake the picture by selecting Retake.
Once you are satisfied, tap Done to finalize the photo.
Complete and Save the Profile:
Finish entering any additional profile information if needed.
Tap Save to update the profile with the new photo.
Additional Tips:
Ensure the photo is clear and properly cropped for the best results.
