How to Set Up Corrective Actions for Measurement List Items in Jolt

Corrective Actions help you address issues when measurement values fall outside the expected range. You must be on Current Pricing with the Jolt App to use this feature. Corrective Actions can be set up for both Measurement and Yes/No List Items.

Options for Corrective Actions

  1. Corrective Action with a Preset List: Employees fill out a predefined list if the measurement is inside or outside the expected range.

  2. Planned Corrective Action: Employees complete a custom list if the measurement is inside or outside the expected range.

Setting Up Corrective Actions with a Preset List

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal

    • Navigate to Lists and select Edit Lists.

  2. Create or Edit a List

    • Click Create a List or select an existing one.

  3. Open the Measurement Item

    • Set a minimum and maximum range for the measurement.

  4. Enable Corrective Action

    • Click on Corrective Action and check the box Turn on Corrective Action.

  5. Select an Action List

    • Choose a preset list to display when the measurement is inside or outside the range.

    • Decide if this list is optional or required.

  6. Specify When the Action Should Be Done

    • Choose whether the action should occur if the measurement is Inside or Outside the Range.

  7. Set Additional Requirements

    • Decide if the item should be repeated, if the list should be repeated, or if no repetition is needed.

Setting Up Planned Corrective Action

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal

    • Assigned To: Specify who should complete the corrective action (a specific person, role, or the current user).

  7. Click Create

    • This generates a new list at the preset Display time with one item to be completed based on the description you provided.
