How to Set Up Corrective Actions for Measurement List Items in Jolt
Corrective Actions help you address issues when measurement values fall outside the expected range. You must be on Current Pricing with the Jolt App to use this feature. Corrective Actions can be set up for both Measurement and Yes/No List Items.
Options for Corrective Actions
Corrective Action with a Preset List: Employees fill out a predefined list if the measurement is inside or outside the expected range.
Planned Corrective Action: Employees complete a custom list if the measurement is inside or outside the expected range.
Setting Up Corrective Actions with a Preset List
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal
Navigate to Lists and select Edit Lists.
Create or Edit a List
Click Create a List or select an existing one.
Open the Measurement Item
Set a minimum and maximum range for the measurement.
Enable Corrective Action
Select an Action List
Specify When the Action Should Be Done
Set Additional Requirements
Decide if the item should be repeated, if the list should be repeated, or if no repetition is needed.
Setting Up Planned Corrective Action
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal
Navigate to Lists and select Edit Lists.
Create or Edit a List
Click Create a List or select an existing one.
Open the Measurement Item
Ensure a range is set for the measurement.
Enable Corrective Actions
Specify When the Action Should Be Done
Customize the Planned Corrective Action
Description: Enter the steps needed to correct the issue. This will be the single list item generated once the corrective action is triggered.
Display and Deadline Times: Set when the Planned Corrective Action will appear and when it is due.
Assigned To: Specify who should complete the corrective action (a specific person, role, or the current user).
Notifications: Choose roles that should be notified if the corrective action is overdue.
Click Create
This generates a new list at the preset Display time with one item to be completed based on the description you provided.
