Setting Up Corrective Actions for Yes/No List Items

Overview: This guide explains how to set up Corrective Actions for Yes/No List Items in the Jolt App. This feature helps ensure that issues flagged as "No" are addressed appropriately. Note that you must be on the current pricing plan to use this feature.

Corrective Actions Types:

  1. Corrective Action with a Preset List
    โ€‹
Requires employees to complete a predefined Corrective Action list when a "No" response is given.

  2. Planned Corrective Action
