Auto Complete in Lists | Jolt App

Overview: The Auto Complete feature allows you to automatically complete Yes/No items based on previously set flags from other Yes/No and Measurement items in your list. This is useful for scenarios like automatic failure in inspections or using sub-lists for corrective actions.

Note: You must be on the Current Pricing plan with the Jolt App to use this feature. Ensure that flags are set up before using Auto Complete.

1. Accessing Auto Complete

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Navigate to the "Lists" section.

  3. Select "Edit Lists."

2. Configuring Auto Complete

  1. Create a new list or select an existing one that you want to configure.

  2. Open the Yes/No item you wish to set up for Auto Complete.

  3. Under Completion Mode, select "Auto Complete."

  4. Configure the following settings:

    • Flag: Choose a flag that has already been created.

    • Operator: Select an operator to define the condition (e.g., greater than, less than, equal to, not equal to).

    • Number: Enter the number of flags involved in the calculation based on the selected operator.

    • Answer: Define the value that will be auto-filled based on the calculation.

  • Save your list to apply the Auto Complete settings.
