How to Use the Corrective Action Feature on the Jolt App

The Corrective Action feature in the Jolt App helps you manage and resolve issues identified during list checks. This guide will walk you through how to use this feature effectively for both Yes/No and Measurement Items.

Using Corrective Action in the Jolt App

1. Corrective Action for Yes/No List Items

When a Yes/No list item is marked as No, follow these steps:

  • Automatic List Display: A corrective action list will appear automatically. This list was pre-configured in your list settings.

  • Planned Corrective Action:

    • If a corrective action was planned, you will have the option to create and schedule a new list item.

    • You can set specific times for the action to display and due dates for completion.

    • Assign the task to specific people or roles as needed.

    • The list will show items starting with CA Follow Up.

2. Corrective Action for Measurement Items

When a Measurement Item is marked as outside or inside the specified range, proceed as follows:

  • Automatic List Display: A corrective action list will appear automatically, based on the settings chosen for the measurement item.

  • Planned Corrective Action:

    • If planned corrective action is set, you can create and schedule a new list item for follow-up.

    • You can specify display times and due dates for the corrective action.

    • Assign the task to specific people or roles as required.

    • The list will show items starting with CA Follow Up.
