How to Set Up List Notifications in Jolt

How to Configure List Notifications

Step 1: Access Your Lists

  1. Log In:

    • Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.

  2. Navigate to Lists:

    • Go to Lists > Edit Lists.

  3. Create or Select a List:

    • Choose an existing list or create a new one.


Step 2: Set Up Notifications

  1. Open Notification Settings:

    • Click on the Settings tab.

  2. Add a New Notification:

    • Click on +New Notification to create a new notification.

  3. Choose Notification Recipients:

    • Select the roles that should receive the notification. You can assign notifications to specific roles based on their responsibilities.

  8. The List is Completed:

    • This notification is sent when a checklist or form is marked as complete. It informs relevant parties that the list has been fully completed.


Step 3: Save Your Settings

  1. Save Changes:

    • Click Save to apply your notification settings before leaving the page.
