Understanding how to switch between Content Group and Location Modes in the Jolt Web Portal and Jolt Lite is essential for managing profiles and accessing the correct settings. This guide will help you navigate and switch modes easily.

Content Group Mode: Allows you to manage and view content across multiple locations or groups within a company.
Location Mode: Focuses on managing and viewing content specific to a single location.
Switching Modes in the Web Portal
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal
Open your browser and log in to the Jolt Web Portal with your credentials.
Locate the Dropdown Menu
Look for the dropdown arrow in the top right corner of the page. This arrow allows you to switch between different modes.
Switch Modes
Click the dropdown arrow to reveal the mode options.
Select Location Mode or Content Group Mode based on your needs.
Location Mode: Manage or view content specific to a single location.
Content Group Mode: Manage or view content across multiple locations or groups.
Save Your Changes
