Guide to Setting Availability and Preferred Working Hours in Jolt
1. Open the Jolt App
Launch the Jolt app on your device.
Navigate to the Menu, select Schedule, and then choose Availability from the navigation tab below.
2. Setting Your Availability
For One-Time Exceptions:
Select Time Off Requests to request time off for specific days.
For Repeating Availability:
Toggle Availability:
Use the Blue Switch to turn availability on or off for each day. When the switch is off, you are not available for that day.

3. Setting Preferred Working Hours
Indicate Preferences:
While updating your availability, tap the Star Icon next to your preferred working days and times. This signals your preferences to your manager, who can consider them when scheduling.
4. Updating Your Availability or Preferences
Revisit Availability Settings:
Access the Schedule and Availability tabs to make any changes to your availability or preferences as needed.
