Quick Answer: To print a Work Order QR code, go to Lists | Work Orders > Templates in the Jolt Web Portal, select a template, open the Settings tab, choose your locations, and click Print. Post the printed QR code where users can scan it to create work orders — no Jolt app login required.
Printing a Work Order QR Code
You can print a QR code from a work order template. Any team member can scan the code with their mobile device to open and submit a work order — without needing access to the Work Orders module or having the Jolt app installed.
Before You Begin
The QR code is specific to a location and work order type.
When a user scans it, they are taken to a web page where they can type in the summary of the issue and submit.
The person scanning does not need the Jolt app installed on their device.
To print a QR code, your computer must be connected to a printer.
