List Time Report

Report Purpose

  • Show the average amount of time it takes to complete lists.

Report Value

  • Use the List Time Report to see if any of your lists are being completed too quickly. This could be an indication of pencil whipping.

  • Use the List Time Report to watch for lists that are taking too long to complete. This may indicate that more training is needed for some of the tasks on the list.

Example use Case

  • One store general manager noticed that some of the closing tasks weren’t being completed properly when young staff members were left alone at night to close. The Completion Report showed that all of the lists were being completed. So the GM checked the List Time report and noticed that the closing list was being completed in about half the time it should have taken.
