Report Purpose

  • The Completion Report is the core report for understanding adoption and best practices across the enterprise.

  • It is easy to see how franchisees are performing overall on list completion.

  • Group by List helps you verify which lists are getting missed most often.

  • Use the Completion Percent Trend chart to see if your organization is improving over time.

Report Value

  • Important for monitoring large initiative adoption across a brand.

  • Determine rough spots with project implementation that may need to be modified.

  • Find areas that may require training or workflow improvements.

  • Use the two custom filters to slice and dice the data the way that makes sense to your organization.

Example Use Case

  • During a brand-wide rollout, a corporate customer monitored the Completion Report and Completion % Trend to make sure franchisees were adopting recommended best practices.
