FAQ

Q: How do I know if my organization is meeting its daily process expectations? A: The report compares the expected number of processes (displayed in green) with the actual completed processes (passed in blue and failed in red). This comparison helps you gauge if expectations are being met.

Q: Can I see detailed reasons for process failures? A: Yes, by clicking on the Detail View, you can see reasons for any process failures, including who recorded the temperature and the method used.

Q: What should I do if I notice a high number of failed processes? A: Investigate the detailed view to understand why processes failed. Look for patterns in the data, check the accuracy of temperature recordings, and review any issues with the methods used.

Q: How can I use the filter options effectively? A: Use the filter options to narrow down the data by date range, location, people, product, or process. This helps in focusing on specific areas that need attention or analyzing performance in detail.
