StopWatch Item Type
This article explains how to use the Stopwatch item type on a Jolt list.
Requirements (Before You Start)
Subscription: You must have a Jolt Lists Plus Subscription. This feature is not included in the basic version of Jolt Lists.
Permissions: You must have permission to edit list templates on the Jolt Web Portal.
Adding a Stopwatch Item to a List
Access Lists:
On the Web Portal menu bar, click Lists > Edit Lists.
Find or Create a List:
Click the Search icon in the top right and search for the list you want to add the stopwatch item to, or create a new list from scratch by clicking the Plus icon on the top left.
Add Stopwatch Item:
On the Items tab, click Add Item and select the Stopwatch icon.
Configure Stopwatch Item:
Add the prompt text for the item and check the optional item settings to configure it as needed.
Click Save in the top right.
Completing a Stopwatch Item on the App
Log In and Navigate to Lists:
Log into the Jolt app and navigate to the Lists module.
Find or Add a List:
Find a scheduled list with a Stopwatch item, or add the list by tapping the Plus icon and searching.
Start the Timer:
Locate the item with the Start Timer button and tap it to start the timer.
Stop and Reset the Timer:
When ready to end the timer, tap the button again.
To reset the timer after it has been stopped, tap the More Options button on the item and select Clear Response.
