How to Mark an Item as Optional, N/A, or Out of Order

You can mark list items as Required, N/A (Not Applicable), or Out of Order so employees can skip items that aren't relevant at the time.

Steps to Mark an Item as Optional

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal and navigate to Lists β†’ Edit Lists.

  2. Create or edit a list.

  3. Set Item Options β€” in the list item settings, check the box for Allow users to mark as and select N/A or Out of Order.

  4. Save your changes before leaving the page.
