How to set a schedule where sensors will not send alerts in the Jolt Web Portal

Overview: Scheduled times where sensors "DO NOT ALERT" allow you to prevent sensor notifications during specific periods from specific sensors such as cleaning days when temperatures might be out of the normal range.

This can help silence alerts for specific ranges.

Steps to Schedule "DO NOT ALERT" Ranges:

  1. Login and Navigation:

    • Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.

    • Select Sensors from the menu.

    • Select Dashboard

  2. Select a Sensor:

    • From the list of sensors, choose the one you want to schedule a do not alert range for.

  3. Navigate to Sensor Settings:

    • Click on the Settings button.

  4. Go to the DO NOT ALERT menu:

    • Under the name of the sensor in question, click DO NOT ALERT.

    • Select the ADD button in the bottom right of the screen

  5. Set your Do Not Alert range

    • Save the changes.

** PLEASE NOTE** this will be a permanent change unless you go back and remove the Scheduled DO NOT ALERT range.

How to Remove a DO NOT ALERT RANGE

  • Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.

  • Select Sensors from the menu.

  • Select Dashboard

  1. Select a Sensor:

    • From the list of sensors, choose the one you want to schedule a do not alert range for.

  2. Navigate to Sensor Settings:

    • Click on the Settings button.

  3. Go to the DO NOT ALERT menu:

    • Under the name of the sensor in question, click DO NOT ALERT.

  4. Select the DO NOT ALERT RANGE and delete

    • Click the range you would like to edit

    • Select DELETE
