Creating a "Person" Filter | Browse Lists
Overview: The "Person" filter allows you to view lists based on the specific employees who have been assigned or mentioned in the lists. This is useful for tracking tasks, assignments, or other list-based activities associated with individual employees.
Prerequisites:
Admin Access: You must have Location Website Admin access to create and use filters.
Employee Dropdown List Item Type: The "Person" filter requires that the Employee Dropdown List Item Type has been used in the lists. For more information, see the article List Item Types.

Instructions:
1. Log into the Jolt Web Portal:
Open your web browser and go to the Jolt Web Portal. Enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. Navigate to Lists:
From the main dashboard, select Lists from the menu. This will take you to the Lists section where you can view and manage your lists.
3. Access Browse Lists:
Within the Lists section, click on Browse Lists. This will open the interface for filtering and viewing different lists.
4. Apply the Person Filter:
If the Employee Dropdown List Item Type has been used, you will see the option to apply the "Person" filter. Click on the filter option to proceed.
5. Select an Employee Name:
A list of employees will be displayed. Select the name of the employee for whom you want to view the related lists.
6. View Filtered Lists:
After selecting an employee, the lists where the selected employee is referenced or assigned will appear below. Review these lists to see tasks or assignments associated with the chosen employee.
Additional Tips:
Ensure Correct Setup: Make sure the Employee Dropdown List Item Type is properly set up in your lists to enable filtering by person.
Review List Assignments: Use this filter to easily track and manage tasks or assignments related to specific employees.
