Step 2: Update Label Sizes

  1. Select the “Labels” Tab:

    • Find and tap on the “Labels” tab under the Zebra printer you want to update.

  2. Choose the New Label Size:

    • On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a section labeled “Label Size”.

    • Under this header, you’ll see a list of all label sizes configured for your location.

    • Tap on the label size you want to use. This will set your printer to the selected size.

  3. Run Calibration:

    • After selecting your new label size, tap on “Run Calibration” at the bottom of the screen. This ensures that your printer adjusts to the new label size properly.

Step 3: Adjust Label Orientation and Alignment (If Needed)

  1. Change Label Orientation:

    • On the same page, you can also adjust the Label Orientation or “Print Direction”. Choose between Forward or Reverse to set the direction your labels print.

  2. Adjust Label Alignment:

    • If your labels are being cut off or misaligned, you can adjust the Label Alignment.

    • Tap the “Manual” button under the “Alignment” header. A drawer will open where you can fine-tune the print area by tapping the up, down, left, and right arrows.
