  3. Edit a List: Create a new list or choose an existing one that you want to edit.

Step 2: Start the Bulk Import Process

  1. Open Bulk Import:

    • Click the blue add button (usually marked with a β€œ+” symbol).

    • Select Bulk Import Items from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Configure Import Settings

  1. Select Item Type:

    • Choose the type of items you want to import from the dropdown list. Ensure that the item type matches exactly as shown in the dropdown. Note that Multiple Choice, Sublists, and Stopwatch items cannot be imported in bulk.

    • For details on available item types, refer to our article on List Item Types.

  2. Enter Prompt:

    • In the Prompt field, type the task or action that needs to be done. This will describe what the item is for.

  3. Add Points (Optional):

    • Assign a point value to each item if you want to reward points upon task completion. For more information on setting points, refer to the Points | Lists article.

  4. Allow N/A (Optional):

    • Check the box Allow N/A if you want employees to have the option to mark the item as Not Applicable (N/A). If left unchecked, employees will not be able to mark it as N/A.

  1. Copy and Paste Data:

    • Copy your list data from your spreadsheet (use Ctrl + C or Cmd + C).

    • Paste the data into the import field in Jolt (use Ctrl + V or Cmd + V).

    • Select Start Import to begin importing your items.

Step 5: Finalize Changes
