How to Access Content via Subscriptions
This guide will help you understand how to subscribe to a company to access their content such as lists, labels, and roles in Jolt. Follow these steps to manage your subscriptions effectively.
Step 1: Log In
Log In to the Jolt Web Portal
Open your web browser and go to the Jolt Web Portal.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Access Subscriptions
Navigate to Subscriptions
In the Jolt Web Portal, go to Settings.
Click on Subscriptions.
Step 3: Subscribe to a Company
Enter Subscription Code
Click on Companies I Am Subscribed To.
Enter the code provided by the company you wish to subscribe to.
Pending Requests
Your request will be listed under Pending Subscription Requests until the company approves it.
If you wish to cancel the request, you can do so at any time from this section.
Step 4: Approve the Subscription
Approval Notification
Once the company approves your request, it will move to Active Subscriptions.
Accept the Subscription
Click on the subscription under Active Subscriptions.
In the top right corner, click Approve to accept the subscription.
You must then confirm the approval on your end to access the content.
